Established in the second part of the year 2005 as the fourth student chapter of the Optical Society of America (OSA), the ISP - OSA student chapter champions the cause of scientific, academic and social betterment of its local optical community. The chapter at present has 10 members, comprised of graduate and undergraduate students. The chapter organizes various activities in close collaboration with the 'ISP - SPIE' student chapter. The chapter looks forward to the future to serve better and better the membership community in association with the OSA.
