CELOS has got a good lab infrastructure which caters to the need of all its members, right from the undergraduate level to the research level.


The labs at CELOS provide an opportunity for the research and postgraduate students to work at the cutting edge of technology. The lab maintains a wide range of sophisticated instruments like different type of laser systems (including the femto second laser for ultra short pulses), UV-VIS-NIR spectrometer, fluorometers, programmable network analyzer E8362B, PCB prototyping machine, 1 GHz DSO, Low temperature solution growth unit , Dip coating unit, CCD based monochromator/spectrometer, CCD based image scanner, optical time domain reflectometer, photon counter, boxcar averagers, lock-in amplifiers, X-Y recorders, electrometers and high speed oscilloscopes.


The labs at CELOS also provide the undergraduate students, the facilities to perform basic physics, optics and electronics experiments. Apart from the basic experiment kit CELOS labs have got highly sensitive cathode ray oscilloscopes and sophosticated kits for many experiments.
